How Our Briquettes are Produced
Creating premium briquettes requires high-quality mature coconut shells and a strict, standardized manufacturing process to ensure consistent heat and zero off-tastes.
From Shell to Briquette
First, fully mature coconut shells are carbonized into charcoal. The charcoal is then crushed, pulverized into an ultra-fine powder, and sieved to remove impurities.
The fine powder is mixed with a natural food-grade tapioca starch binder (completely chemical-free). This mixture is extruded or molded into precise shapes (cubes, flats, hexagonal) and finally dried in industrial ovens to remove excess moisture.

What are the ingredients of your briquettes?
Our briquettes are made from 100% natural coconut shell charcoal and a small amount of food-grade tapioca starch used as a natural binder. We do not use any wood, chemicals, or artificial lighting agents.
Why is coconut shell better than wood charcoal?
Coconut shell charcoal burns much hotter, lasts significantly longer, and produces far less ash than traditional wood charcoal. Most importantly for Shisha, it is completely smokeless and odorless, ensuring it does not interfere with the flavor of the tobacco.
What shapes and sizes do you manufacture?
For Shisha, we typically produce Cubes (22mm, 25mm, 26mm, 27mm) and Flats (25x25x15mm). For BBQ, we produce Hexagonal and Pillow shapes. We can also accommodate custom sizes and molds based on buyer request.
What is the burning time of your briquettes?
Depending on the size and environment, our premium Shisha cubes burn consistently for 1.5 to 2.5 hours, maintaining high heat without breaking apart.
What color is the ash?
Our standard premium briquettes produce a white to light-silver ash. We strictly control our raw materials and carbonization process to ensure the ash does not flake off easily and disrupt the Shisha bowl.
Can you do OEM / Private Label packaging?
Yes. We specialize in private labeling. We can pack the briquettes in custom-printed inner boxes (e.g., 1kg, 2kg) and master cartons (e.g., 10kg, 20kg) featuring your brand's design.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is one 20ft container (approx. 18-19 tons). However, we can discuss smaller trial orders depending on the destination and packaging requirements.
